Dear Sir or Madam,
Please supply a detailed breakdown of the actual costs of issuing a
summons from “Canterbury Magistrates’ Court seeking a Liability
Order in regard to unpaid Council Tax. Please further explain the
discrepancy between the actual cost involved and the almost £50
demanded. I also wish to know which budget benefits from these
charges, when the’ defendants’ are successfully bullied into paying
them. Finally I wish to know how many of these liability orders are
actually considered in the Courts by a genuine Magistrate.
Yours faithfully,
Michael Gadd
