Elizabeth Porter made this Freedom of Information request to Gateshead Metropolitan Borough Council

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Gateshead Metropolitan Borough Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like a breakdown of money spent on software systems per
supplier per year for the last three years please.

Please include the name of the application as well.

I would like the information as follows:

Supplier,
Software Package,
Cost,
Financial Year,
Purchase / Upgrade / Maintenance (Please indicate if this was a
software purchase, an upgrade or a maintenance agreement)

I would also like to know what plans are in place to buy software
in the next two years and how much this software is going to cost
the council (please include purchase, implementation, training,
migration etc. to cover all related costs).

Yours faithfully,

Elizabeth Porter
