Council Robbing The Pockets & Future of the Children of Richmond

Dear Hambleton District Council,

Bit Of Information & Facts First, And The FOI After Line..

I would Like to make a request for information concerning
ridiculous Loans This Council have taken out to balance its books
and pay off its past members with golden handshakes of obscene
amounts like £1m to fund the early retirement of five council
officers in 2007.

This is a disgraceful management of the publics funds.

Two and quarter million pounds was covertly borrowed by members and
council officials in march of 2009 without consent of the local
people or future children who will be forced to pay back your loans
for the next 47 years.

Richmondshire & Hambleton District Council went begging to = The
Public Works Loan Board - (UK Debt Management Office) For Cash to
bail you out of the crap hole you have created for the men women
and children of richmondshire that your supposed to be serving,
However it is plainly obvious that You The Council have been
actively abusing your positions and the public funds for many
years, simply self-servers and currently are credit hungry like
drug addicts clutching at straws in the hope you can prop up the
life styles you
are so accustom to, I have no idea why a council in nothing but
debt can be granted theses loans in the first place, what gives you
the right to use the future children as collateral pawns in your
debts, The Executive Core should be fired & Disgraced not bailed
out by innocent children.

I am also aware that you will be seeking more loans of astronomical
amounts to feather your pockets and fill up the kitty for The
Executive cores pensions & Payoffs, Richmondshire District Council
Executive Core you are a stain of the community of Richmond and you
need to be cleaned off....

1. Who were the Members of the Town Council who granted such a loan
to balance the books of this Failed Council, Covertly ripping off
the people they are meant to be serving.... Names Please....

2. Who were The Council Officials involved in the orchestration of
these debt's in the first place.

3. Who were The Council Officials involved in requesting and
signing for these astronomical loans indebting the unborn children
of richmondshire for the next 47+ years, Covertly ripping off the
people they are meant to be serving.... Names & Positions

4. Has any Council Officials Been Fired or financially disciplined
for creating massive debts for the people of Richmondshire. I bet
not but, Names & Positions Please....

5. Are these debts now faced by the public in some way a result of
the payoffs bill for the lucrative £1 million golden handshakes
given to Ex-chief Executive of RDC Harry Tabiner and his cronies
back in 2007.

6. What financial plans do you currently have for the payoff of
current Chief Executive Peter Simpson, Tony Clark & Elizabeth Smith
and cronies, A Councillor informed me that the Swale house ship is
sinking and they are ready to use the life boat, What amounts have
been decided. how much is needed From the unborn children of
Richmondshire to fill their pockets ?

7. What is the total with interest for the loan of
£2.25 million pounds given to you on a plate by The Public Works
Loan Board using the future unborn children finances as debt for
the next 47 years, to finance short term a self-severing council,
The loan is to be paid back by 2057
what is the total with interest ?
