How many of these units are currently vacent and how many have been
vacent for more than 6months?

Thank you for your email request for information regarding Council
commercial units in the city centre ward dated 17th May 2009.
Please find attached a list of properties which details 68 properties of
which 4 are vacant. The 4 properties have been vacant for more than 6
months.
Planning records show that none of these units have been subject to a
change of use planning application.
