Hi, Good afternoon Mr Johnson,
Thankyou for your e mail of 15th January 2009. I am replying in respect
of your recent enquiry for information held by the Council under the
provisions of the Freedom of Information Act. Please find attached the
information requested.
If you have any queries concerning the information provided, please do not

1) For each of the following roads and streets in the Up Holland area,
please confirm (a) the number of residential properties and (b) the number
of residential properties that are council owned.

Please note that the properties on Dearden Way includes those properties
that were also once on Dailton Road. This road no longer exists and the
properties are combined with Dearden Way.

2) Please confirm if any estate management board, tenants association or
similar does exist for any of these areas, or has existed previously.
Currently there is no EMB or TA group in this area. However there was an
informal Tenants Group on what was then called the Highgate Estate. This
estate consisted of Windsor Rd, Highgate Rd, Stanley Rd, Mayfield Rd,
Morris Rd and Dayfield. This Group used to meet in the school, St
Thomas's, on Highgate Rd. Unfortunately this Tenants Group withered on the
vine approximately 15 years ago and the Chair of the Group died last year.
I am unable therefore to give you any further information on this
particular question.
