Dear Mr Thomas,
Thank you for your Freedom of Information request below. I am in the
process of ascertaining whether or not we record, in an accessible way,
the information you have requested at point 1.
In relation to point 2 of your request, this part of your request is
extremely wide and as it stands would invoke the exemption contained
within section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act (where the cost of
compliance would exceed the appropriate limit).
In order to bring this element of your request under the Freedom of
Information Cost Ceiling I would need further clarity from yourself on
the actual information that you are seeking access to here. For
example, you have asked for "all papers relating to discussions between
Lambeth officials on building shared ownership accommodation...". When
you request "all papers" are you seeking access to documents for a
particular period in time? as it is unclear in this part of your
request. Also you are asking for this information in relation to
building within "the north of the borough". Again it would be useful if
you could further clarify exactly what area you would like information
on.
Once you have given me this further clarity I shall be able to action
the second part of your request.
Should you have a complaint about the application of the exemption above
in relation to part 2 of your FOI request (as it currently stands) you
can request an internal review by emailing: [email address]
(Please quote the reference number above) or by writing to:

further right to appeal to the Information Commissioner, who regulates
the implementation of the Freedom of Information Act. The Commissioner
can be contacted at the following address:

Dear Goodwin,Ian,
Thank you for your letter advising me that my request was too
broad. By North of the Borough please take this to mean the wards
North of Clapham Town. Where time frames are concerned please limit
this to any communications which took place since the election of
the current Labour Administration.
Yours sincerely,
Goodwin,Ian
