The request was successful.

From: caebrwyn

19 September 2009

Dear Mr Tillman,

I am requesting the following information;

1. Number of times in the past three years (From August 2006 to
September 2009) that Carmarthenshire Council, as the Local Planning
Authority, has applied for costs for any planning appeal. I include
all levels of appeal,(written, hearing, local and public inquiry)
and all types which would also include enforcement and called in
appeals.

3. Details of the above, including application/appeal reference
numbers.

2. Number of times that the council has been
(a) Successful in obtaining costs
(b) Unsuccessful in obtaining costs

and the reasons given by the Planning Inspector for refusing or
allowing any cost application by Carmarthenshire Council.
I would suggest that this information would be in the form of Costs
Decision Notices held by the council. Copies of all these would be
additionally welcome.

Yours faithfully,

Mrs Jacqui Thompson
