Dear Sir or Madam,
I should like to make a request for information pursuant to the
Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Specifically, I should like to know the annual cost to the Revenue
in refunded Income Tax of the Gift Aid scheme for each tax year
from 6th April 2000, when the minimum donation limit was removed.
Furthermore, I should like to know the annual cost to the Revenue
in refunded Corporation Tax for the analogous scheme that applies
to charitable donations made by UK companies for each tax year in
the same period.
Yours faithfully,
Dr. A. Adamou
