I have been requesting the cost to council tax payers,re the
repairs of bollards opposite Busy Bee Building Co,which has
occurred often
Have repeatedly emailed the Chief EX for this information,but have
had no response for this information.for whatever reason.Under the
freedom of information act.

I apologise for the delay in responding to your request for information
held by the Authority under the provisions of the Freedom of Information
Act.
Please find the information you requested enclosed. If you have any
queries concerning the information please contact me at the supplied

o I have been requesting the cost to council tax payers, re the
repairs of bollards opposite Busy Bee Building Co, which has
occurred often
Please find attached scanned copies of the repairs orders raised for the
bollards in the last 24 months.
The total cost of which is £520.00.
If for whatever reason you are unhappy with our response you are entitled
to pursue any dissatisfaction through the Council's Complaints Procedure.
The Complaints Officer for Environment and Operations can be contacted in
writing also at the supplied address. Should you remain dissatisfied you
can appeal against the decision by contacting the Information
Commissioner, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow SK9 5AF.

Is the authority trying to keep things off this site? Surely if he needs to clarify something etc then he can do this via the site! Im sure the ICO would find it acceptble!
