diligence of that procurement

Q1. Have you procured a student information system during the past seven
years?
A1. Yes

Q2. If so, could you please tell me the approximate cost of the due
diligence of that procurement?
A2. *24,000, including VAT

Q3. I am also interested to know the amount that you paid to the supplier
of your student information system for the due diligence.
A3. No payments were made to the supplier for due diligence.
