Dear Roxanne,
Just a polite note to remind you that this request, one of the
first I've ever made, is still awaiting a response.
I would appreciate it if you indicate the reason for this delay.
If the final cost will not be known until the survey has been
completed then I would be happy to see the original costing
indicated on the tender.
If there are legitimate reasons for the delay will you please state
what they are.

Thank you for your request which we received on the 4^th February 2010 and
apologies for the late response.
I can confirm that Eastleigh Borough Council does hold the information
requested.
Could you please inform me of the total cost of conducting the residential
property survey 2010, highlighting the fee paid to the contractors CPC
ltd.
Total cost is £39,175. Other than contract negotiation and a bit of time
organising data there are no other costs.
