Dear Mr Williams

With regards to your Freedom of Information request concerning the above;
Mapletree Laneis designated as a bridleway and maintenance is commensurate
with its status, that is, to enable safe passage for pedestrians and
horses.

During 2009 to date, £3500.00 has been spent on filling potholes and
spreading road planings.
