Cost of recent direct.gov advert
Mark made this Freedom of Information request to Prime Minister’s Office
Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Prime Minister’s Office should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.
From: Mark
1 February 2010
Dear Prime Minister's Office,
I would like to know the cost of the recent direct.gov advert. To
break this down further, I wish to know:
- The amount each celebrity was paid to appear in the ad.
- The amount spent to date on showing the advert.
- The amount the government is planning to spend on the advert in
total.
I would also like to know all information regarding the change in
advertising from the previous 'dog' adverts, along with all emails
and minutes regarding this change as I do not believe this
expenditure has been in the publics interest.
Yours faithfully,
Mark
