Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to request information under the Freedom of
Information Act (2000).

For the period encompassing the beginning of the financial year
2004/5 to the end of the financial year 2008/9, please tell me the
number of items stored by the museum, but not on public display
during that time. For each of the years in the specified period,
please tell me the annual cost of insuring items not on display and
what proportion this represented of the museum's total expenditure
for that year.
