Dear Sir or Madam,
Can you please detail, for each year since your public website was
launched, how much money has been spent on creating, developing,
and running it.
Where possible, please break these costs out by function (for
example, development, design, updates, changes, hosting,
co-location, domain registration, licensing etc). Where the costs
have been incurred with external providers, please list the company
in question. For internal staff time, if this is not recorded
and/or charged explicitly, please provide estimates based on
salary/overheads of people involved.

Dear Lorraine,
It is unclear as to why you require a postal address. OIC guidance
states that an email address is sufficient as a return address, and
as you have not even begun processing my request yet, I assume you
are not stating that the only form in which you can supply the
information is hard copy.
I would therefore ask that you explain by what authority you are
instroducing this requirement.

a response to my enquiry even though the 20 days are now long since
up.

Further to your FOI enquiry the costs of our website since launch have been as follows: -
Initial Development 2004/05 £8,184
Hosting & Maintenance 2004/05 £1,410
Initial Development 2005/06 £5,496
Hosting & Maintenance 2005/06 £1,410
Additional Development 2005/06 £525
Hosting & Maintenance 2006/07 £1,410
Hosting & Maintenance 2007/08 £1,410
All these costs were paid to EG Consulting.
In addition to the above we have paid Tibus £40 each year for domain name registration and management.
We have no records relating to any staff time maintaining the site.
Apologies for the delay responding to this request, this was an oversight on my part.
