launched, how much money has been spent on creating, developing,
and running it.

Where possible, please break these costs out by function (for
example, development, design, updates, changes, hosting,
co-location, domain registration, licensing etc). Where the costs
have been incurred with external providers, please list the company
in question. For internal staff time, if this is not recorded
and/or charged explicitly, please provide estimates based on
salary/overheads of people involved.

Thank you for this information. In my original request I had asked
that where costs have been incurred with an outside company that
that company be named, but this information does not appear to have
been provided.

Was this a simple oversight or has that part of my request been
rejected?

Can you also confirm whether the hosting costs include domain name
registration costs, as most sites have a separate charge for that?
If so, is it possible to break this charge out (perhaps from an
invoice, contract, or some other correspondence with the hosting
provider)?
