Dear Ms Chambers,

FP10 prescription forms (and FP10H forms) relate specifically to
prescriptions dispensed within the community. You reply indicates
that: "We hold 60 rolling months of prescribing data for Acute
Trusts that have chosen to use community dispensing as well as
hospital dispensing." This is precisely the data I was after.
