Dear UK Financial Investments Limited,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of UK Financial
Investments Limited's handling of my FOI request 'Cost efficiency
of legal actions'.

I refer to the letter of December 21, 2009 from your Mandeep Dillon
regarding a request I made.

I am not satisfied with the response and believe that as RBS
Invoice Finance Ltd is at least 84% owned by your entity it is for
all intent and purposes under your control. Accordingly, whether or
not you have previously held such information, you should now
obtain the information and provide it to me in accordance with the
Act.

If I do not receive a satisfactory reply to this letter within a
reasonable period of time, be advised that it is my intention to
apply to the Information Commissioner for a decision.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is
available on the Internet at this address:

Yours faithfully,

Michael Dolan

Dear Mr Dolan,

My apologies for the incorrect spelling of your surname in my previous correspondence and for the time taken to respond to your request. Grateful if you could also note my surname is Dhillon and not Dillon.

Please find attached a reply to your request for an internal review of our decision and handling of your case.

If you are not content with the outcome your complaint, you may apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a decision. Generally, the ICO cannot make a decision unless you have exhausted the complaints procedure provided by UKFI.
