Dear Mr Walker

In reference to your FOIA request appeal received 23 December 2009, could you clarify the following points:

- whether you are dissatisfied by the handling of your request
- whether you are dissatisfied by the response you received
- which of the points provided in our decision do you disagree with
- could you provide an explanation why you disagree with those points

Please note that the voluntary timescale of 28 days as defined in our Code of Practice will be suspended until such time as we receive clarification of your appeal. Once that is received, the clock will recommence, your appeal considered, and you will receive a response within the stated timescale.

Yours

Dear Scott Raymond Mr (ISD),

Yes, I am dissatisfied. It is about time that the UEA started
answering FOI questions.

s.31(1)(a) & (b), Disclosure would prejudice detection of crime &
the apprehension of criminals

The criminals you refer to are, I assume, the staff at the CRU who
are behind the global warming fraud.

I can't see how disclosure of this information would affect any
police investigation..

s.36(2)(b) (ii) - Prejudice to the conduct of public affairs

It is their deliberations that I wish to find out about.

s.40(1), Personal information

Then redact it.

Yours sincerely,

John Walker
