From: Phillip Main

Dear Sir or Madam,
As the matter of Phorm has been passed to the ICO who have no
powers under the RIP Act 2000 (RIPA) this would imply that the
government are satisfied that no breach of the said act exists.
Would you therefore forward me copies of any correspondence between
the Home Office and DBIS formerly BERR which support or explain
this position.
Yours faithfully,
Phillip Main
