Last August I received 5 parking tickets when my car broke-down in
Nottingham City Centre. I wrote repeatedly to the council in
reference to this but a debt agency was involved while I was still
in correspondence with the council. Twice I requested that my
emails be forwarded to a complaints team and I was ignored.

I would like all correspondence in reference to these parking
tickets. The parking tickets are NG70257967, NG70271764,
NG70273497, NG70296040, NG70309313
