Dear Sir or Madam, Kindly send copies of all postal or email
correspondence, and notes of meetings or telephone calls concerning
the proposed Jolly Boatman Hampton Court Station development
between staff or advisers of the Dept for communities and local
government, and: Gladedale, Lexington Communications, Network Rail,
Star & Garter Homes, Elmbridge Borough Council, CABE and English
Heritage and Ian Taylor MP. Also correspondence directly from or to
Baroness Andrews, Hazel Blears, Sadiq Khan with the bodies above
and / or concerning the proposed Jolly Boatman development
(Elmbridge Borough Council application 2008/1600)

February 2009 you state "we have received correspondence from
Planning Potential on behalf of their clients Gladedale, Network
Rail and Royal Star & Garter. Their letter has not been included
with this response because we are still awaiting a response to our
enquiry to Planning Potential regarding its release. We will write
to you again as soon as possible about this particular piece of
