Dear Sir or Madam,
Please note that this is an FOI request to the BBC Trust, not to
BBC Management. I do not wish for any further correspondence on
this issue to be handled by BBC Management, or their staff.
Please send me copies of any correspondence, during the past 12
months, between The Chair of the BBC Trust to the BBC's Director
General regarding bbc.co.uk and its future strategic direction &
management.
Yours faithfully,
Jane Black

Dear FOI Enquiries,
I confirm that I am happy to proceed on this basis.
However, I note that the process you describe leads one to suspect
that the BBC Trust will find it hard to be perceived as an
effective, independent regulator if all FOI correspondance it
receives is automatically handled by and thus shared with BBC
Management - the very people is it supposed to regulate.
Yours sincerely,
Jane

Dear FOI Enquiries,
If there is no possibility of the BBC Trust responding in a manner
which is independent from BBC Management, then I am disappointed,
but still wish to proceed with my request.
Yours sincerely,
Jane
