Following the final decision against the Council with regard
investigation 08 012 725 AS/CRB on the 19th Nov/09.
Will you please provide a copy of all correspondence between the
Council and the LGO with regard the final decision and any
subsequent matter relating to the decision.
Will you also provide copies of any contact between Councillor
Peter Goldsworthy (Leader of the Council) and the LGO with regard
the final decision, also will you provide copies of any relies the
LGO made in response to contacts made by the Council and Councillor
Goldsworthy.

Have you served a Subject Access Request on the LGO and the council. This will get you all of the information with your name on it.
They will refuse under the FOI act but you will get it under SAR requests.
