Dear Chorley Borough Council,
Following the LGO final decision against Chorley Borough Council
with regard investigation 08 012 725 AS/CRB into the planning
application 08/00553/FUL.
Will you please supply a copy of all correspondence between Chorley
Borough Council and the Local Government Ombudsman with regard the
final decision or any subsequent contact.
And also a copy of all correspondence between the Leader of the
Council (Councillor Goldsworthy)and the Local government Ombudsman
with regard the final decision against the council with regards
investigation 08 012 725 AS/CRB.
Also a copy of all replies recieved from the LGO with regard the
Councils and Councillor Goldsworthy's correspondence with regards
the matter.
