Dear Mr Main

Thank you for your e-mail and the accompanying FoI request,

I notice that in your e-mail you differentiate between BERR and
"yourselves".

Your subject header states "Correspondence between BERR and Home
Office", and your text states "correspondence

between yourselves and the Home Office"

Please note that for the purposes of clarity, we have taken the latter
statement to be the major one purtaing to this request and therefore have
decided that for this request the terms "BERR" and "yourselves" are one
and the same. The answer to this request will only concern itself about
correspondence between BERR and Home Office

I hope this helps.

Best regards

Patrick
