Dear Diana,
Thank you for your reply.
My question was a simple one . Copies of any correspondence between
the home office and Phorm in 2005.
If there was none why not just say so?
I did not ask about targetted advertising or the legality or any
advice given. The answers and documents you have given pertain to
2007/8. Have you copies of any correspondence between the home
office and phorm for 2005?
If yes can I have it?
If not say we havent got any

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Home Office's
handling of my FOI request 'Correspondence between 121Media/Phorm
and Home Office 2005'.
My request was very specific. Copies of any Correspondence between
the Home Office and Phorm/Media121 for 2005. I have not received
this information or been advised that it does not exist.
