Dear Liverpool John Moores University,

I am writing to request information under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000. In order to assist you with this request, I
am outlining my query as specifically as possible.

I would appreciate any documentation detailing correspondence or
meetings between Dr Benny Peiser and the following individuals, who
are trustees or advisors to the Global Warming Policy Foundation,
regarding climate change/global warming from August 1st 2009 until
present:

I would also like documentation of any communication between
Professor Gwyn Prins and government departments regarding climate
change/global warming. This would include any emails from or to
addresses ending with gov.uk. In the even that a cost limit is
reached, please prioritise the first question above and fulfill the
second request afterwards to the extent that it is possible.
Correspondence required could include but is not limited to emails,
text messages, videos, DVDs and documentation. This correspondence
should specifically be limited to the stated period. If monetary
constrictions apply please find information for the period 1st
August 2009 to 1st November 2009 first.
I would be interested in any information held by your organisation
regarding my request. I understand I do not have to specify
particular files or documents and it is the department’s
responsibility to provide the information I require. If you need
further clarification, please contact me by email.

If my request is denied on whole or in part, I ask you to justify
all deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the act. I
will also expect you to release all exempt material. I reserve the
right to appeal your decision to withhold any information or to
charge excessive fees.

I would be grateful if you could confirm in writing that you have
received this request. I look forward to your response within 20
working days as outlined in statue.
