Please provide copies of all identification made by the CLAE as to
who investigators acting for the LGO's should contact as part of an
investigation into a Council.
Please additionally provide any written guidance that the LGO has
provided to investigators about the role of the Monitoring Officer
taking into account that the Monitoring Officer is specifically
identified as the only one with powers and duties in relation to an
LGO investigation.
