Dear HM Revenue & Customs,

for the companies BR008336/BR008336 please could you disclose for
me the date on which;

- the last Company Tax Return was received by HMRC
- the last Corporation Tax payment was made
- the last National Insurance Contributions were paid
- the last PAYE payment was received
- the last VAT payment was received

Please could you also disclose to me for the same companies;

- total Corporation Tax/National Insurance/PAYE/VAT received by
HMRC for 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009

Please could you disclose the associated tax return documents
supplied by the Company for 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009.

Please note that the most recent accounts filed for the company
with Companies House were made up to 31/12/2006. No accounts have
been filed with Companies House for the years 2007, 2008 and 2009.

Dear Ms Kingdom,

regarding my FoI request(*)

Thanks for your response.

I am disappointed that HMRC have refused to provide this
information, given that if taxes had indeed been paid, it would
ordinarily be reported in the company accounts.

Sadly, in this instance, it seems no accounts have been filed at
Companies House for some years by Phorm's CFO/Company Secretary...
hence my FoI request.

I'm uncertain how to proceed; the company reportedly do not answer
enquiries by email or post, even when provided with an stamped SAE.

But thank you none the less.
