Dear Mr Cross,
Thank you for your request for information.
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 applies to public authorities listed
in Schedule 1 of that Act.
The corporation known as the Corporate Officer of the House of Lords is
not a public authority for the purposes of the Freedom of Information Act
2000 and so is not required to have a publication scheme.
The Corporate Officer's e-mail address is
[email address]. Inquiries and FOI requests concerning
the House of Lords should be sent to [House of Lords request email].
Paragraph 3 of Schedule 1 to the Act refers to "The House of Lords". The
House's Freedom of Information Officer will reply separately to your
questions as they apply to the House of Lords.
Yours,
Emily Baldock
Private Secretary to the Clerk of the Parliaments

Dear Mr. Cross,
I am writing further to Emily Baldock's e-mail.
If your first two questions are treated as referring to the House of
Lords, which is a public authority for the purposes of the Freedom of
Information Act, rather than the Corporate Officer of the House of
Lords, the following information will be of use.
The House of Lords publication scheme is available at
http://www.parliament.uk/parliamentary_p...
_of_information_in_the_house_of_lords/foi___lords___scheme.cfm. The
House of Lords has adopted the model publication scheme produced by the
Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). The ICO no longer approves each
public authority's publication scheme.
Yours sincerely,
Frances Grey
