Dear Leicestershire County Council,

RE: Letter from the UKBA requesting local authorities to submit
UASC costs templates.

Can you please email me all original copies of any UASC costs
template, in addition to any amended versions, you submitted to the
UKBA last year.

Jerry Harland from the UKBA's UASC Team has confirmed that
Tameside, Warwickshire, Solihull, Leicestershire and Barnsley local
authorities submitted completed and amended templates.

Please advise whether your local authority ever withdrawn any
templates submitted and please provide a copy of any template
withdrawn and a copy of any amended templates subsequently
submitted at any time.
