Dear Sir or Madam,
I would like to see the text of the original version of the April
1919 government white paper entitled Russia No. 1. I know it was
reissued with alterations, possibly withdrawing inflammatory
comments. But I would like to see the wording of the original
including quotations from the Dutch Consul in St Petersburg, Mr
Oudendyke. This will not cost you £600, and will not take up very
much time, and falls within the Freedom of Information Act.
Yours faithfully,
Matthew Slater
