Dear Fiona Lamming,

Thank you for your acknowledgement. However under the Freedom of
Information Act you should have replied in full to my request by
now.

As the request is for information that the Women's National
Commission is under a legal obligation to make available as part of
it's publication scheme, there are no grounds for withholding the
documents.

Please respond with a full reply, a formal refusal notice or the
grounds under which you are considering an exemption.

Could I please reassure you that WNC is not withholding information: the delay in responding is as a direct result of this request taking longer to collate than first anticipated and as some papers were presented on the day of meetings in hard copy, we are trying to ensure that nothing has been omitted from our electronic records and that we provide you with everything you have requested.

I should be able to start forwarding all the information you require by the end of this week. I intend sending a series of self-contained emails referring to each meeting as the volume of electronic data cannot be sent from this IT system in one email and trust this will be acceptable.
