I write further to my email of the 12^th June 2009 and in regards to your
Freedom of Information Act request CR12129.

We have been conducting searches for the information that you have
requested and I write to you today to ask if you might be able to quickly
clarify the scope of your request.

Your email of the 5^th June 2009 requested copies of "..all correspondence
between the Home Office and Patricia Hewitt MP who is also a board member
of BT."

Can I ask if you can quickly confirm whether you are requesting copies of
all correspondence with Patricia Hewitt (regardless of topic) or if you
would are interested in correspondence on a specific topic?

I will continue to progress your request working on the broadest
interpretation of the information you have asked for, but any
clarification you can provide as to the specific information you require
