Most of the information that you require is already available on the council's website at http://www.york.gov.uk/transport/Parking/

The Annual Parking Report for 08/09 is also available to download on the website and it contains a lot of information and statistics about parking in York.

I am also attaching a copy of the report for 07/08 and the locations of the resident parking zones and the pay and display areas in York, and the breakdown of PCNs issued by contravention code for 09/10.

The TRO concerned is the York Parking, Stopping and Waiting Traffic Order 2009. This is a large document which is not available on-line but may be inspected at the council offices if required.
