Dear Mr Ashby,

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 - INFORMATION REQUEST

Thank you for your request for information, which was received on 22
July. I have sent the following questions to the service area:

Please could you provide me with:
1. A copy of all the Designated Public Place Orders made by your
authority under sections 12 to 16 of the Police and Criminal Justice Act
2001 which are currently in force;
2. A copy of any maps which show the extent of the area covered by
each order.

If I have not understood your request correctly please let me know as
soon as possible.

Your request is being considered and you will receive the information
requested within the statutory timescale of 20 working days as defined
by the Freedom of Information Act 2000, subject to the information not
being exempt or containing a reference to a third party.

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 defines a number of exemptions that
will prevent the release of information. We will assess the information
you have requested to determine if any of the exemption categories
apply. If an exemption applies some or all of the information you have
requested may not be released.

If the information you request contains reference to a third party then
they may be consulted prior to a decision being taken to release the
information to you.

There may be a fee payable for this information. If this is the case
you will be informed prior to any work commencing on your behalf. The
20 working day time limit for responses is suspended until receipt of
the payment.

We do not have copies of orders as such for Designated Public Places,
but DPPs are listed on the attached sheet, along with maps showing the
extent of the areas designated.

type of re-use, for example, by publishing the information, issuing
copies to the public or marketing will require our permission as
copyright holder. If you intend to re-use this information in the manner
