FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 - Designated Public Place Orders
Thank you for your request for information received on 22 July 2008.

Act 2000, subject to the information not being exempt or containing a
reference to a third party.

The Act defines a number of exemptions, some of which are subject to a
public interest test that may prevent release of the information. You will

they may be consulted prior to a decision being taken on whether or not to
release the information to you. You will be informed if this is the case.

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 - Designated Public Place Orders
Thank you for your recent Freedom of Information request received on 22
July 2008. You requested information on "A copy of all the Designated
Public Place Orders made by your authority under sections 12 to 16 of the
Police and Criminal Justice Act 2001 and which are currently in force,
together with a copy of any maps which show the extent of the area covered
by each order."

Your request has now been considered. Please find information relevant to

We have introduced one order under Section 13 of the Act (Designated
public places). This is a borough wide controlled drinking zone with the
exceptions of the Royal Parks of Regents Park (within Camden), Primrose
Hill and Hampstead Heath. Unfortunately we do not hold any relevant
information in the form of a map.
