The request was successful.

Dear Madam or Sir,
In your press release of 27 March 2006, you mentioned "Currently
the Alcohol Free Zones in the city cover parts of Blackbird Leys,
Walton Street, The Plain and most of the city centre."
http://www.oxford.gov.uk/news/news.cfm/c...
Could you please
1 confirm that such an "Alcohol Free Zone" is, as in the
Constitution of the City Council at 5.14, a place identified by
order "as a public place for the purposes of police powers to deal
with street drinking" under section 13(2) of the Criminal Justice
and Police Act 2001;
http://www.oxford.gov.uk/council/con-oth...
2 provide a copy of all the Designated Public Place Orders (or
equivalent) made by your authority under sections 12 to 16 of the
Police and Criminal Justice Act 2001 and which are currently in
force, together with a copy of any maps which show the extent of
the the area covered by each order?
Thank you very much.
(If possible, would you please use this email address for this
present request, rather than any previous address you might have on
file, as I am using a different email address to track each of my
requests. Again, many thanks.)
Sincerely,
Dr Kaihsu Tai

Dear Mr Franklin,
Thank you for your response. I find the information contained
therein sufficient for my current purpose. It appears to me from
the small, low-resolution map on the web page that the Order
extends to the whole of the City of Oxford. I would appreciate a
copy of the actual text of the Alcohol Consumption in Public Places
Order 2006 if you have it at hand. Again, many thanks.
Sincerely,
Kaihsu Tai
