Dear Ms Koo,

I am writing to request an update on the progress of my Freedom of
Information request of 22 July.

On 20 August (the last day allowed by law) you made a request for
clarification of my request, although the only ambiguity was a
typing mistake in my request which was obvious (since there were no
other acts of parliament with similar names that year). None of the
other authorities to which I have made this request found it
necessary to request this clarification. I replied immediately
stating clarifying my request.

Please note that section 10 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000
requires you to reply 'promptly' to my request, as well as setting
an outer limit of 20 working days for your reply. Can you please
tell me when you will be able to reply to my request?
