Dear Mr Rodgers,
I have still not received a reply to my request for information,
submitted on 22 July. By law I should have received this
information by 20 August. I reminded you of this on 21 and 27 of
August, and yet I have still not received the information I
requested.
You wrote to me on 27 August to state that you had the information
I requested but that it needed to be 'reviewed' before being
released. You have had over six weeks to find and review this
information.
Please send me the information that I have requested immediately.
If you do not do so then I see little alternative but to make a
complaint to the chief executive of your authority.
Yours sincerely,
Matt Ashby
