Please could you provide me with a copy of all the Designated
Public Place Orders made by your authority under sections 12 to 16
of the Police and Criminal Justice Act 2001 and which are currently
in force, together with a copy of any maps which show the extent of
the the area covered by each order?

Dear Mr Ashby,
Thank you for your request for information received on 22nd July 2008.
Your request is being considered and the information will be provided with

released. If this is the case you will be notified in writing.
There may be a fee payable for the information you have requested. This
will be considered and you will be informed if a fee is payable. In this
event the fee must be paid before the information is processed and
released. The 20 day time limit is suspended until receipt of payment.
