Please could you provide me with a copy of all the Designated
Public Place Orders made by your authority under sections 12 to 16
of the Police and Criminal Justice Act 2001 and which are currently
in force, together with a copy of any maps which show the extent of
the the area covered by each order?

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 - INFORMATION REQUEST

Your request for information has now been considered. You asked for a
copy of all the Designated Public Places Orders made by your authority
under sections 12 to 16 of the Police and Criminal Justice Act 2001 and
which are currently in force, together with a copy of any maps which

The council has made one Designated Public Places Order, under Section
13(2) of the Criminal Justice and Police Act 2001, covering Wimbledon
town centre. This Order came into force in April 2006 and remains in
force. Please see the attached press notification of the Order, which
includes the Order and a map showing the extent of the area covered by
the Order.
