On 22 July 2008 I sent you a freedom of information request by

August, but as yet I have received neither a reply nor an
acknowledgement of my request. If you are not yet ready to reply to
my request, could you please confirm receipt of my original request

In October 2005 the council designated the entire London Borough of Hillingdon a controlled drinking zone. Please find attached a copy of the order placed in the local press as well as a link to the report presented to full council and the minutes agreeing to the order.
