Thank you for your reply.

To all my correspondence regarding this FOI request I received a
reply from Liverpool Direct confirming the receipt of my email. But
unlike other requests under the Freedom of Information Act, I never
received an acknowledgement from the FOI officer Wendy Twigge.

I still want to uphold my initial FOI request, dated from 17th
August and urge you to reply as soon as possble.
