Dear Sir or Madam,
ive noticed dvla are a for profit organisation and
as i have seen many times that dvla is a for profit business!

my question is can i terminate the contract between myself and the
dvla?
i have looked on the internet and cant see anything anywhere i have
also tried speaking to the dvla but get nothing but jiberish
stating statutes.
i am also aware that as a for profit business as any business run
for profit people can terminate there contracts!
this information is not easily found by members of the public and
this is why im requesting under the FOI act.

also i have purchased a vehicle recently and hold the receipt but
am aware that by registering to the dvla that i would be giving
title to them and mearly making me a keeper rather then owner even
tho i still hold the receipt of purchase.
is it true or false that by registering the vehicle it is giving
away ownership of the vehicle which is through deception which in
turn allows the dvla to have the right to destruction of the
vehicle?

Yours faithfully,

Dear FOI FOI,
i would like to advise you that i have contacted a solicitor
regarding this matter and the reply i recieved was disturbing to
myself and my family.
under the international criminal court act sept 1st 2001 any
person/s or corporations paying or collecting taxes fines levies or
like to a government who are committing war crimes is committing
the crime of conduct ancillary to genocide, conduct ancillary
against humanity and conduct ancillary to war crimes which is 3
crimes under section 52 of the international criminal court act
2001!complicity to crimes against peace which is a criminal offense
under the nuremburg principles.
article 24 chapter 6 of the manual of military law applies to every
british citizen and tax payer aswell as every service man and
woman!because any government that wages a war of aggression is
complicit in a crime against peace and is criminally liable as an
accessory to war crimes!
as the judges at nuremburg explained when convicting germany's
leaders for breaches of laws of war i quote"the very essence of the
london charter is that individuals have international duties that
transcend the national obligations of obedience imposed by the
individual states,he whom violates the laws of war cannot obtain
immunity while acting in persuanse of the authority of the state.if
the state authorising action moves outside its competance under
international law."
as your all well aware ignorance of the law and your own statutes
is no excuse!however a court will show leniency if an offender can
prove that as soon as they found out about their personal criminal
liability they took action and renounced their support of the
crimes, halted all taxes and financial assistance to the government
and joined in national action to halt the killing and arrest the
killers which includes government cabinet ministers!

Yours sincerely,

Dear Sir or Madam,
also under the unalienable human rights any wo/man has the right to
travel freely and also lawfully and freely use their property.
it is also against the constitutional law for penalties fines or
forfeitures to be imposed before a proper trial!

Yours sincerely,
