Dear Wyre Forest District Council,

1) Details of the contractors and suppliers that will be used to
provide furniture for the Council's new headquarters
2) A breakdown of how the £500,000 furniture budget will be spent
by supplier/contractor

within 20 working days of your receipt of this email.
Some parts of this request may be easier to answer than others.
Should this prove to be the case, I would ask that you release

within the Act, please inform me of that fact and cite the
exemptions used.
If you need any clarification then please contact me at the via

Dear Mr Kay
Please see below responses (in red) to your recent FOI as above :
1) Details of the contractors and suppliers that will be used to
provide furniture for the Council's new headquarters
The Council intends to use the Government Procurement Agencies
Framework Agreement for furniture (ref RM440/L1). The framework contains
the following manufacturers/suppliers;
Flexiform
Herman Miller
Kinnarps
Senator
Triumph
A 'mini-competition' will be held between these suppliers. This is due
to commence in February with the successful contractor being awarded the
contract in late Feb early March
2) A breakdown of how the £500,000 furniture budget will be spent
by supplier/contractor
This budget is for all of the Fixtures and Fittings and not solely for
furniture
The breakdown of this figure will be available on completion of all of
the Fixtures and Fittings Tender exercises.
