Dear Barnsley Borough Council,
I would like Barnsley Council to provide details relating to the
contract between the Council and Tuscan Connects, the Joint Venture
between Barnsley Council and Bull Information Systems setup during
2006. Specifically I am looking for the following information:
1) A brief scope of the contract.
2) The agreed length of the contract and any built-in contract
extension periods.
3) The exit management plan relating to the contract, once it comes
to its contractual end.
