Dear Ministry of Justice,
I would be very grateful if you could give me a copy of the
contract between MOJ and Royal Mail for the delivery of election
addresses at the 2010 General Election. I am particularly
interested in your clauses on quality of service received and any
penalties to Royal Mail for not providing a quality service.
