Dear HM Prison Service,
Your web page states that "At present there are 11 private prisons
contractually managed by private companies"

One of the eleven is HMP Birmingham, listed as being contractually
managed by G4S Justice Services.
Please supply a copy of the contract between National Offender
Management Service (and/or HM Prison Service) and G4S Justice
Services for the management of HMP Birmingham.

There were two reasons I did not find that site myself:
1. I had no idea such a site existed.
2. The site deliberately excludes itself from internet search engines by having this two-line robots.txt file:
User-agent: *
Disallow: /
I find it hard to believe that the principles of open government are compatible with blanket disallowing of search engines.
